  To facilitate an external review of the LUE annual financial statements, John Willson (President) tabled the following resolutions for Board approval.

  Be it resolved that Learning Unlimited for Etobicoke Seniors retain Mr. Sam Marinucci to perform the review of our annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 and that the Treasurer will pay the appropriate fee, estimated to be $2,000 plus HST.

  Further, be it resolved that John Willson, President and Treasurer is authorized to sign the engagement letter for the engagement with Mr. Marinucci.

  Voting for the motions were Rich Bailey, Glenn Yaffee, Yash Sthankiya, Deb Forsyth-Petrov, Judy McCormick, Roger Tessier and Rosemary Tessier. There were no dissenting votes.

  The motions passed.
