Zoom and PayPal have made changes to the registration process which many have found confusing. It is strongly recommended that you watch this video before registering for a Winter 2025 lecture series.

Information re. costs, links, transfer, refunds, etc. can be found on the FAQ page. Please read before you Register!

When you click "Register Now" (below) you will be taken to the Zoom site to register, and, after completion, to the PayPal site for payment (see sidebar on the right). Because of the recent changes, you may need to enter your address twice.

When registering, be very careful to enter your email address correctly. An incorrect email address will mean you cannot attend the lectures.

When you have registered and paid, you will receive (by email) a confirmation of payment from PayPal, and a registration confirmation from "Learning Unlimited Etobicoke <no-reply@zoom.us>". Please keep your Zoom Registration confirmation in a safe place on your computer (the link to join the lecture is about half way down the document) in case you have any problem receiving your lecture reminder emails.

Important Note: THE LINK IS PERSONAL TO YOU, and IT IS NOT TO BE SHARED OUTSIDE YOUR HOUSEHOLD.

Note that the PayPal confirmation may come much more quickly than the Zoom registration confirmation.

If you do not receive the Zoom registration confirmation within 8 hours, send an email to the LU Registrar (registrar@learningunlimitedetobicoke.com).

Please note:

  • The fee for a lecture series (8 to 10 lectures) on Zoom is $40.00 CAD; for an in-person lecture series the fee is $48.00 CAD.
  • Payments are handled through PayPal. To read more about this payment system please visit the PayPal website.
  • You don't need a PayPal account--you can provide PayPal with your credit card information on checkout.
  • If you DO have a PayPal account, it should be linked to a credit card.  If it is only linked to a bank account, you may not be able to make an immediate payment to complete your registration successfully.
